Etta

Privacy policy

Effective 13 June 2026 · updated 26 September 2026 · Etta is operated by Mitaanshu Agarwal under the Keenshift brand · support@keenshift.ai

Etta is an AI companion that phones your aging parent on the schedule you choose while plan minutes remain and sends you recaps from substantive completed calls. That involves two people's trust — yours and your parent's — so this policy is written to be read: what we collect, why, who touches it, and how you erase it.

Two people, one promise

Etta handles data about you (the account holder with the app) and about your parent (the person Etta may call). Your parent makes their own choice before Etta places any outbound call: you send them a secure, single-use permission link tied to the saved number, and they read the disclosures and accept or decline for themselves. If they decline, Etta does not call. They can later withdraw permission by telling Etta to stop or contacting us.

What we collect

How we use it

We do not sell your data or your parent's. We do not show ads. We do not track anyone across other companies' apps or websites.

AI processing and service providers

Etta's calls and intelligence run on third-party service providers acting as our data processors:

Each receives only the information needed to perform its function, processes it under its own terms, and must protect it at least as well as this policy describes. We do not sell or rent your family's content or use it for advertising. Every summary in the app is labeled as AI-generated.

Retention and deletion

Who we share with

Only the processors needed to run the service: the telephone carrier, AI services and hosting providers described above, and Apple (sign-in and payments). If you share a read-only care-circle link, the family member who opens it sees the recap quotes and trend for the parent it covers — nothing else, and only while the link is valid. We never sell or rent personal data, and we don't share it with advertisers or data brokers. We may disclose information if legally required to do so.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, stored with access controls in reputable cloud infrastructure, and accessible only to systems and people that need it to run the service.

Your rights — and your parent's

You can view Etta's stored memories in the app and remove individual memories. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing support@keenshift.ai. Your parent can withdraw permission during a call or contact us directly about data associated with their number. Available rights and response periods depend on applicable law.

Age

The Etta app is for adults: you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. Etta is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 — if we learn we have, we delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the effective date above. Material changes will be flagged in the app before they take effect.
